By accessing or using the Six Rows Café website (sixrowshouston.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. About Six Rows Café

Six Rows Café is a specialty coffee brand operated by VK Capital Ventures Inc. in Houston, Texas. We provide handcrafted beverages, the Black Coffee Club membership program, retail coffee products, and mobile café event services.

3. Orders & Payments

• All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your payment method.
• Retail coffee orders are final. Damaged or incorrect items may be reported within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
• Black Coffee Club memberships and event passes are non-refundable once issued.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location.

4. Black Coffee Club

Events are pay-per-entry and held monthly at The Houston Club, 910 Louisiana St. Events are 21+. Speakeasy curated event details are shared privately via our Discord community — register on the Black Coffee Club page to request access. Six Rows Café reserves the right to revoke access for violations of community standards.

5. Mobile Café Bookings

Event bookings are subject to availability and confirmed via written agreement. A deposit may be required to hold your date. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event for deposit consideration.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and brand marks — is owned by VK Capital Ventures Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Six Rows Café and VK Capital Ventures Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
